Because many UNSERIUS products are produced and printed to order, minor variations in print placement, color, garment appearance, and other production characteristics may occur. Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product purchased by you will exactly match how it appears on your screen.

All product descriptions, designs, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. UNSERIUS reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by UNSERIUS.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, color, size, quantity, billing information, and shipping information.

Because our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated once an order has entered production.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@unserius.com.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our Services are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Orders are generally processed and fulfilled within the timeframes described on our website. Any processing, fulfillment, or delivery time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at support@unserius.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and delivery procedures. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, logos, designs, slogans, product artwork, text, displays, images, graphics, photographs, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to UNSERIUS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, sell, or transmit material from the Services.

UNSERIUS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with UNSERIUS.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and UNSERIUS, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made with UNSERIUS to the extent permitted by applicable law.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
